             Free Camping week before SERFI

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16 2024

             RV Camp Site with elec. and water service opens at noon.  Under-the-wing camping is also open.  A dedicated site is provided for under the wing camping.  A permanent shower facility with both male and female facilities is located within the camping area.  Plenty of hot water.  Come early and relax under the pines. Please see the FAQ page for fee information 

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18 2024

     7:00 AM     SERFI Officially Opens.

      9:00 AM - 5:00     PM Fly Market will be open for " Check-in/Take in only".

    11:00 AM     Lunch by on site vendors.

    12:00 PM     Aircraft Judging Officially Begins.

      5:00 PM     Supper provided by vendors.

      6:00 PM     Crew car available for rides to town.

      6:00 PM     FAA Safety Seminar. 

      8:00 PM     Bonfire at Campground until 11 PM.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19 2024

                         Free Young Eagles Rides check time at front gate.
 

      6:30 AM     Pancake and Conecuh Sausage Breakfast, Big Red Hangar.
 
      7:00 AM     Crew car available.
 

      8:30 AM     Fly Market opens for sales and closes at 5:00 PM.

      9:00 AM     Food and Sales Vendors Open for Business.
 

    11:00 AM     Take out lunch provided by vendors.
 
      3:00 PM     Closure of A/C registration for Judging.
 

      5:00 PM     Fly Market Closes – Sales End.
 
      6:00 PM     Fly Market Deadline to Pick-Up Unsold Items! Last Chance.
 

      5:00 PM     Aircraft Judging Awards Banquet.
 

      8:00 PM     Bonfire.
 

      9:00 PM     Crew car availability Ends.
